Natasha Hanna’s work has garnered national attention, with high-profile cases ranging from wrongful death to death penalty defense, alongside her significant contributions to community and professional organizations.

HER STORY

Natasha Hanna’s path to becoming a force in South Carolina law is one of grit, ambition, and setting new standards. A native of Radford, Virginia’s New River Valley, Natasha found her passion for law early, earning a HGTC paralegal degree after graduating from Coastal Carolina University.

Five years into her legal career, she decided to take it further, earning her J.D. from the University of South Carolina School of Law in 2002.

Natasha began her practice as a clerk at Hearn, Brittain & Martin, P.A., where she thrived alongside three of the state’s most revered and respected attorneys for nearly a decade.

When the firm dissolved in 2010, she faced a pivotal decision: join another practice or strike out on her own. Meant to go her own way, she launched her own firm armed with a big vision and small (700-square-foot) office.

Through relentless commitment to her clients and an uncompromising dedication to excellence, Hanna grew her bespoke firm year by year.

Today, Natasha Hanna Law flourishes out of a 7,500-square-foot building, backed by a powerhouse team and recognized for its exceptional service across real estate, civil litigation, criminal defense, and more.

Hanna’s work has garnered national attention, with high-profile cases ranging from wrongful death to death penalty defense, alongside her significant contributions to community and professional organizations.

She has served as President of the Horry County Bar Association, a trustee for Coastal Carolina University, and a Commissioner on the South Carolina Commission on Higher Education among other leadership roles.

When Natasha isn’t stiletto sprinting through a closing or donning the power suit for court, you may find her boating with her family, trying her hand at gourmet cooking, or savoring the everyday joys of life in Conway, South Carolina.
